Happiness? Does that mean we have to smile.

Sadness? No smiles allowed?

Taste.

Bitter? Sweet? Bittersweet?

Do you spit it out or do you savour it?

Do you suck on it, make it last as long as your can?

Do you bite it, nibble it up, making it nearly untastable.

Is it hard to swallow?

Or does it flow down your throat like a river through a gully?

Oh la la. Honey suckle? Rosemary?

Pinch your nose.

Don't hold it in, let out your sneeze.

Relieved. Let it all flow.

Sense it. Smell it. Follow the breeze.

Let your soul go. Let it be free.

Get up. Get out there. There's the world to see.

More than sight, more than smell, let your body feel.

All of the senses, hear it, let it become real.
